Alert! This Insecticide Mistake Almost Cost His Life

Common Insecticides mistakes

Funny enough the mistake was on his neighbor's part, but he nearly paid with his life.

Stephen, a bachelor had fetched gallons of water the day before and kept these gallons in a corner near his front door (he lives in a public yard).

Intentionally or not, (no one knows).  A woman who was his neighbor dropped insecticides into this water Stephen had fetched.

In lethal doses.

Later in the day, Stephen became thirsty. On getting to the corner, he was rooted to the spot .

Something did not seem right. Call it divine intervention if you like, Stephen could not drink the water.

Instead he poured it in a basin. Hens in the compound - about five of them - began to drink from the basin.

All the chickens died

Thirty minutes later, lo and behold all five hens lay on the ground, dead .

Stephen could not scream or make any sound for that matter. In that moment of shock there was clarity .

He stared at the unfortunate victims . It would have been a different story for him. Maybe by now he might have been on his way to the morgue .

Now one person might ask, what pushed this woman to plot such evil ?

What prompted her even further to carry it out? Was there bad blood between Stephen and her?

Or could it have been a mistake?
But if it was an unintentional spill, why did she not alert Stephen the moment it happened?

Stephen was a lucky man. Even though it was careless to leave his drinking water outside his room, he was cautious and alert.

And it saved his life.

Prevention is better than medicine. Be careful of the people around you. The world is bad.

And yes, insecticides can kill.  Stay safe.

What would you do to this woman?

What do you think this woman's punishment should be?

Should she at least take a sip of her death trap? Drop a comment. Your input is precious.
